Requests and Retention
Data Rights
Pilot users can exercise applicable data rights through support, subject to identity, scope and legal checks.
What You Can Request
Depending on the processing and circumstances, you can ask for access to personal data, correction of inaccurate details, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to legitimate-interests processing.
You can withdraw an optional consent at any time before irreversible anonymisation. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.
These rights are not absolute. A legal claim, binding duty, active security incident, verified request or restore incident may require a narrow hold. Support will explain any retained scope and basis.
How to Request
Send the request to support@tracedx.io from the email used for your pilot account.
Include the workspace name, the affected vehicle or case if relevant, and whether the request is user-specific, workspace-wide, vehicle-specific, or case-specific.
How Requests Are Handled
Support verifies the requester, confirms scope, exports or changes only the confirmed workspace/user data, and records what was done.
Raw evidence file deletion is scoped to private storage paths under the relevant workspace.
If an older encrypted backup is restored, completed erasures are reconciled before the restored data is used. Provider-held copies remain subject to the provider limits described in the Privacy Notice.
Complaints
Please contact support@tracedx.io first if you can so Nordic Creative Limited can investigate.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
